We seek an experienced IT System Analyst/ Product Development Manager to drive strategic IT initiatives, oversee product development, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Plan and direct IT, AI Solutions, Blockchain Solutions and telecommunications strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Product Development: Manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements for future development, and adjust priorities based on changing business needs.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for development teams, ensuring clarity on customer needs and alignment with product features.
- Innovation and Trends: To inform strategic decisions and stay abreast of IT trends and emerging technologies, including blockchain and decentralized applications.
- AI Technology and Solution Development: Lead the development and integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and product functionalities.
- Project Management: Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for effective project planning and execution.
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Build, train, and deploy models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement text analysis, chatbot development, sentiment analysis, and large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s GPT.
- AI Model Deployment: Apply MLOps best practices, model optimization, and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- AI for Business: Use AI to enhance lead generation, predictive analytics, and automation of business processes.
- Generative AI: Develop AI-powered content generation tools using transformers and diffusion models.
- Policy Implementation: Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations and lead IT, Marketing, Sales, and technology departments.
- Performance Evaluation: Analyze performance data and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Report to the board on critical business matters and participate in strategic planning sessions.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience of 18-plus years in IT business analysis, product development, and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and the Ethereum ecosystem, including smart contract development using Solidity.
- Understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and its execution model.
- Development of Decentralized Applications (DApps) and Integration of blockchain solutions with front-end applications.
- Knowledge of scaling solutions, governance processes, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI-powered business solutions
- Experience in security best practices and auditing, Deployment and management of nodes and blockchain infrastructure.
- Experience with AI Models, methodologies, testing frameworks and decentralized storage solutions.
- Understanding of cross-chain interoperability and bridge mechanisms.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT business analysis and development.
